Aubree, I tried to message you back with a BrainPop video regarding adding and subtracting fractions. If I didn’t, just let me know. The basic rule is if it’s the name denominator, add the numerators and keep the denominators the same. If the denominators (bottom numbers) are different, find a number that both go into and then change the denominators be the same and add as usual. Try looking at that BrainPop video online. It may be easier than my explanation
